REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We at Wigsbygaga pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best quality wigs.

Due to the nature of our products,ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are NO REFUNDS. However in rare cases where the customer gets the wrong product, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receipt
  • All items must be unworn and unaltered or changed in any way
  • Exchange will be made for a product of equal value or less with no money back
  • Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer.
  • We suggest sending through a courier that provides delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.

We must receive the product and inspect it before an exchange can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the conditions stated are not met
